Responsibilities

• Thoroughly wash, sanitize, and dry dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment following food safety sanitizing procedures.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as dishwashers, sinks, and other sanitation tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness throughout the kitchen area in compliance with kitchen health and safety standards.
• Support food safety management practices by ensuring proper storage and disposal of waste, adhering to food handling protocols.

Skills

• Strong cleaning skills with an eye for detail to uphold hygiene standards.
• Ability to operate commercial dishwashing machines and basic kitchen equipment safely.
• Manual handling skills including bending, and standing for extended periods.
