Duties

• Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment efficiently to keep the kitchen running smoothly
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure proper sanitation practices are followed
• Assist with food handling and preparation tasks as needed under supervision.
• Support the kitchen team during busy service hours by ensuring all items are clean and available
• Help with basic food prep tasks such as organizing supplies or restocking dishware.
• Follow health and safety regulations to keep the work environment safe and hygienic

Requirements

• Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory
• Willingness to learn about kitchen operations, and food preparation
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items when necessary
• You are able to work days, nights, weekends & holidays
• You have strong organization & time management skills

Schedule

• Weekend availability is required
• Late night availability is required (9pm)
• Holidays
