Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our dynamic kitchen team. Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using proper cleaning techniques and sanitizing procedures
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all areas meet sanitation standards
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic ingredient handling and prep work
• Support bussing duties by clearing tables and ensuring dining areas remain tidy
• Operate dishwashing machines and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow food safety management protocols to prevent cross-contamination and ensure proper food handling practices
• Adhere to all kitchen health and safety standards, including manual handling procedures and sanitation regulations

Skills

• Strong understanding of food safety sanitizing procedures and sanitation standards
• Experience with dishwashing, cleaning, and basic food handling in a restaurant or food service environment
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and basic knife skills for assisting with prep work
• Physical stamina for heavy lifting, prolonged standing, and manual handling tasks
• Excellent attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Good communication skills to work effectively within a team environment

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
