Duties

• Operate dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area and kitchen.
• Ensure all items are sanitized according to health and safety standards.
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic food handling.
• Support kitchen staff during peak hours by providing clean dishes and utensils promptly.
• Dispose of waste properly and maintain a clean work environment.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines in the kitchen.

Experience

• Previous experience in a culinary or food service environment is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with kitchen operations, including catering or banquet services, is a plus.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is beneficial.
