Position Summary:

Los Milics Vineyards is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to support our culinary team by maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment. As a vital part of our operations, the dishwasher helps ensure smooth kitchen flow and an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment and manual methods
• Keep dishwashing and kitchen areas clean, organized, and hazard-free
• Take out trash and recyclables regularly, maintaining a clean back-of-house space
• Assist with restocking clean dishes and kitchen items
• Support kitchen prep and cleaning tasks as needed
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications:

• Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to cleanliness and safety
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team
• Weekend and evening availability preferred
