Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our dynamic food service team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchenware are sanitized and ready for use. Ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality and food service, with experience in restaurant, catering, or hotel settings preferred. Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently
• Assist with bussing tables and clearing dining areas as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces
• Follow proper food safety and sanitation protocols in accordance with health regulations
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy service times
• Adhere to all safety guidelines related to cleaning chemicals and equipment use
• Help with daily closing duties

Qualifications

• Prior experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of food handling procedures and sanitation standards is advantageous
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings or weekends if needed
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as required
• Experience with bussing, food preparation, or culinary activities is a plus but not mandatory
