Time and Attendance

• Clock in and out for each scheduled shift.
• Arrive on-time and prepared for your shifts as per the Theo’s Employee Manual.

Teamwork and Communication

• Display effective communication techniques with both teammates and Chefs before, during entire shift.
• Exhibit proper communication and self-awareness under pressure.

Kitchen Maintenance

• Demonstrate knowledge of ServSafe standards. Knowledge and use of FIFO (First in,

First Out). Label and dating everything.

• Responsible for the routine and daily cleanliness during, and after service.
• Equipment, fixtures, surfaces, cutting boards and appliances used for prep must be maintained and handled with care.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs.
