Duties

• Efficiently clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using proper techniques and tools
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces
• Assist with food preparation tasks and organizing supplies to support the culinary team
• Follow health and safety standards to ensure a hygienic environment for staff and guests
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes during busy service hours
• Help with general cleaning duties around the kitchen and dining areas to uphold our high standards of cleanliness

Requirements

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
• Knowledge of food handling safety practices and sanitation procedures
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and efficiency
• Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of food service operations; experience with bussing, food preparation or catering is a plus
• Willingness to follow detailed instructions and adhere to health regulations

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
