Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized dish area, including proper disposal of waste and recycling.
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
• Support the kitchen staff by bussing tables and helping with general kitchen duties during peak hours.
• Ensure that all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use.
• Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow in the kitchen.

Skills

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is beneficial.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration in the kitchen setting.
