You’ll play an important role in keeping dishes, cookware, and the kitchen clean and organized so the entire team can do their best work.

What You'll Do:

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
• Keep up with dishes during busy brunch and dinner services
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary dish area
• Help keep the kitchen stocked with clean dishes and equipment
• Assist the kitchen team with basic cleaning and organization
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Work closely with cooks and other kitchen staff to keep service running smoothly
• Help with closing and cleaning duties at the end of shifts
• Jump in and help wherever needed during busy service

• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
