We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our culinary team. The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including floors, counters, and equipment.
• Assist in food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen staff during busy periods.
• Ensure proper disposal of waste and recycling materials.
• Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the kitchen manager promptly.

Experience

• Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or catering environment is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration with culinary staff.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks as needed within the kitchen setting.
