Responsibilities

• Thoroughly wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen tools using commercial dishwashing equipment or by hand as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces
• Ensure all food service items are sanitized according to health and safety standards before being returned to the dining area or kitchen
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks when necessary to support kitchen staff during busy periods
• Support the overall cleanliness of the restaurant by removing trash and recycling materials regularly
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow during service hours
• Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold hygiene standards and prevent contamination

Requirements

• Prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential
• Demonstrated ability to perform cleaning duties efficiently and thoroughly
• Knowledge of basic food handling safety protocols and sanitation standards
• Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting colleagues
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Previous experience in hospitality or hotel settings is a plus but not mandatory

Pay: $17.90-$23.86 per hour
