Duties

• Efficiently wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using proper dishwashing techniques and sanitizing procedures
• Maintain cleanliness of all dishwashing stations and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
• Support bussing duties by clearing tables and ensuring dining areas are tidy and welcoming
• Follow manual handling protocols to safely lift heavy items like large pots or crates of supplies
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly, including dishwashers, sinks, and cleaning tools
• Adhere strictly to sanitation policies to uphold kitchen health and safety standards at all times
