Responsibilities

• Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans to uphold health and safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, dishwashing areas, and storage spaces through regular cleaning and organization
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic prep work for banquets or catering events
• Support food handling procedures by adhering to proper hygiene practices and safety protocols
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely availability of clean dishes and utensils during busy service hours
• Help with bussing tables and clearing dining areas to maintain a welcoming environment for guests
• Follow all sanitation guidelines related to food service, catering, and hotel standards to ensure compliance
• You will also being helping in the FOH sometimes if there is no dishes, duties include but are not limited to: wiping down tables, restocking, cleaning glass

Experience

• Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is highly valued
• Experience in banquet settings or catering environments is a plus, demonstrating versatility in food service operations
• Familiarity with kitchen cleaning routines and food handling safety procedures enhances your effectiveness in this role
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting culinary staff and hospitality teams
