Key Responsibilities:
Wash & Sanitize: Operate commercial dishwashers and handwash pots, pans, and oversized items. Maintain proper chemical/temperature levels.
Stock & Store: Sort, stack, and restock clean dishes, glassware, and flatware to designated areas and the cook's line.
Maintain Area: Keep the dish pit, sink area, and surrounding floors clean, dry, and free of clutter. Manage mat rolling/unrolling.
Waste Management: Empty and line trash/recycling bins regularly and haul to the dumpster.
Kitchen Support: Assist with basic prep work, unloading deliveries, or opening/closing side-work as needed.
Safety & Compliance: Follow health and safety codes, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), and report equipment/sanitation issues immediately.
