Position Summary:

The Dishwasher is responsible for providing a safe and clean kitchen area for the staff. The Dishwasher is also responsible for washing dishes, pots, pans, tableware, and cooking equipment.

Compensation: $16.75

Your Role:

• Load, run, and unload the dish machine.
• Monitor dish machine water temperature as well as detergent, sanitizer, and chemical levels to ensure a sanitary wash cycle.
• Keep the dish machine clean and maintain the cleanliness of dishware.
• Properly wash, sanitize, and store all tableware and kitchenware.
• Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for the entertainment center.
• Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss,
• Maintain adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies.
• Keep the dish room, food preparation, and production areas clean and organized.
• Maintain reasonable, regular, punctual attendance consistent with Company policies, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and other federal, state, and local standards.
• Adapts to changing duties, as required, based on business needs.

Your Skills:

• Previous work experience in a restaurant/bar setting.
• Multi-tasking abilities
• Good oral communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced work environment.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to work various shifts, including weekends.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Have a good attitude and participate as a member of the team.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
