Duties

• Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen tools using commercial dishwashing equipment or manual methods.

• Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen surfaces, floors, and work areas to ensure a safe and sanitary environment.

• Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables or assembling ingredients when needed to support the culinary team.

• Support catering events and banquet setups by providing clean dishware and assisting with serving logistics.

• Manage proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations.

• Restock dishware, utensils, and cleaning supplies as necessary to keep the kitchen well-equipped for busy service periods.

• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and special events.

• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items safely, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment is essential.
