• Efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen tools to uphold health and safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all equipment is functioning properly
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, including organizing supplies and ingredients
• Support food handling procedures by adhering to sanitation guidelines during meal service and catering events
• Help with bussing tables and clearing dining areas to maintain a tidy environment for guests
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to support banquet and catering setups, ensuring timely delivery of clean items
• Follow all safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals, food handling, and kitchen operations

Experience

• Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
• Experience with bussing, food preparation, or catering environments will be advantageous
• Familiarity with cleaning procedures in a hospitality setting enhances your ability to succeed in this role
• Prior kitchen or hotel experience can provide valuable insight into fast-paced culinary operations
• No formal experience necessary—training will be provided to help you excel in your duties
