Dishwasher

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our team. The Dishwasher will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for dishes, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, etc., ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly.

Duties:

• Load, run, and unload dishwashing machine
• Wash specific items by hand when necessary
• Store clean dishes in appropriate places
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors
• Dispose of kitchen garbage properly
• Assist with basic food prep tasks as needed

Skills:

• Experience in a food handling environment preferred
• Knowledge of culinary terms and practices is a plus
• Familiarity with food service operations
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of bussing and dishwashing procedures
• Hospitality or hotel kitchen experience is beneficial
• Ability to maintain cleanliness in a banquet or restaurant setting
