Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces and equipment by regularly cleaning work areas.
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including bussing tables and preparing ingredients.
• Support banquet and catering events by ensuring all necessary items are clean and ready for service.
• Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and sanitation standards are met.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow during peak service times.
• Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the kitchen manager promptly.

Skills

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary practices is a plus.
• Familiarity with cleaning procedures and sanitation standards in a kitchen environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Experience in catering or banquet services is advantageous.
