We are an established, high-volume restaurant located in the heart of the CBD, and we are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and enthusiastic Dishy to join our busy kitchen team.

The Role

As a Dishy, you will play an important role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the dishwashing area.
• Operating commercial dishwashers and hand-washing cookware efficiently during service.
• Keeping the dish pit clean, organised, and well-stocked throughout the shift.
• Ensuring clean crockery, cutlery, glassware, and kitchen equipment are readily available for the team.
• Assisting the kitchen team with general cleaning and other tasks as required.
• Following all workplace health, safety, and food hygiene procedures.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
• Able to work efficiently as part of a team.
• Available for weekend shifts.
• Physically fit and comfortable being on your feet for extended periods.
• Previous kitchen or dishwashing experience is preferred but not essential.

Pay: $28.00 – $44.00 per hour
