Duties

• Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
• Assist with bussing tables and clearing dining areas during service
• Support food preparation tasks as needed, including basic food handling and plating assistance
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, including floors, counters, and storage areas
• Follow proper food safety protocols and hygiene practices at all times
• Help with catering events or banquet setups when required
• Ensure all dishware is ready for use promptly to support smooth restaurant operations
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to uphold high standards of cleanliness and efficiency

Skills

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or hotel environments is preferred
• Knowledge of food handling safety and sanitation procedures
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills for managing dishware and kitchen supplies
• Basic cooking or food preparation skills are a plus
• Experience with bussing tables and supporting food service operations is advantageous
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Flexibility to adapt to various tasks within the hospitality setting
