Dishwasher

A dishwasher is responsible for washing and sanitizing the kitchen work area and equipment.

Responsibilities include:

• Collecting used kitchenware, glassware, and flatware from designated places, dining area, and kitchen area for sorting and rinsing.

• Loading and unloading dish washing machine and racks used in the machine.

• Washing specific items by hand

• Filling and stacking glassware for the bar

• Set up and/or Break down of dishwashing area

• Removing trash and garbage to dumpster

• Sweep/Mop floors

• Cleaning machines and appliances

• Bussing and cleaning tables

• Follow department procedures and schedules for cleaning

• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds

• Be able to stand for up to 8 hours

• Must have reliable transportation

• Must be able to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays

• Schedules are subject to change weekly

• Other duties as assigned
