About the Role:

Fin & Crab in Charleston, SC is looking for a hardworking and dependable Dishwasher to join our team! This is a vital role that keeps our kitchen running smoothly and our guests happy.

Responsibilities:

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing station throughout each shift
• Restock clean dishes, utensils, and supplies to kitchen and service areas
• Remove trash and keep kitchen floors clean, dry, and hazard-free
• Assist kitchen staff with basic food prep tasks as needed
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times

Requirements:

• No prior experience required — we are willing to train the right candidate
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Ability to work in a hot, fast-paced kitchen environment
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Positive attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed
