Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils in accordance with health and safety standards
• Assist with bussing tables and clearing dining areas as needed
• Support food preparation tasks such as basic food handling and prep work when required
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and workstations throughout shifts
• Assist with catering events or banquet setups when necessary
• Follow proper procedures for food handling and safety protocols
• Ensure the kitchen area remains tidy, organized, and compliant with sanitation standards

Experience

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred
• Familiarity with bussing, food preparation, or catering operations is a plus
• Experience working in banquet settings or hotel kitchens is advantageous
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures related to kitchen environments and food safety regulations
• Prior culinary or kitchen experience can be beneficial but is not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
