Dishwasher

The Dishwasher/Porter works within the Culinary department and reports directly to the Kitchen Manager. The primary responsibility is the efficient operation and cleanliness of the dish room and warehouse area.

Specific Job Duties (not limited to):

• Processing and Dishwashing
• Works at a fast and efficient pace
• Ensures all dishes, pans, pots, etc. are properly cleaned and sanitized and put away
• Ensures all Warehouse items are properly cleaned and sanitized and put away
• Maintains a safe, orderly and sanitized work area. Practices proper food-handling techniques.
• Take care to not damage or break items and reports broken items
• Immediately corrects mistakes or issues, and makes the Supervisor aware
• Keeps a positive work attitude
• Does daily scheduled cleaning projects
• Follows established cleaning and equipment maintenance lists
• Timely and informative communication with Kitchen Manager and Assistant Logistics Manager for all concerns, issues, ideas
• Represents The Operations Department in a positive manner at all times.
• Ensures Warehouse and Dish Pit are clean for the following shift
• Follows all company policies

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
