Duties

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment efficiently and thoroughly.
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and surrounding areas to ensure a safe and organized workspace.
• Assist with food preparation tasks such as basic ingredient handling or prep work when needed.
• Support catering and banquet events by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for service.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage bussing duties, clearing tables promptly during busy service times.
• Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold health and safety standards at all times.
• Assist with general cleaning duties across the kitchen, dining areas, and storage spaces to promote hygiene excellence.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations.
• Experience in food service environments such as restaurants, hotels, or catering operations.
• Familiarity with food handling procedures and basic kitchen operations.
