Dishwasher

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Dishwasher to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. The Dishwasher will support daily restaurant operations by ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. Additionally, this position involves taking care of takeout packaging, stocking dessert and drink coolers, and portioning various food items to assist the kitchen staff in delivering quality service to our customers.

Duties

• Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment to uphold hygiene standards.
• Take responsibility for takeout packaging to ensure orders are prepared accurately and efficiently.
• Stock dessert and drink coolers regularly to maintain proper inventory levels for smooth service.
• Portion various food items as needed to support food preparation and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dishwashing area and ensure all safety protocols are followed.
• Assist with other kitchen duties as assigned by the supervisor to support overall restaurant operations.

Requirements

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items when necessary.
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety in the workplace.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 28.0 – 40.0 per week
