Job Description

We are looking for a hardworking, reliable and energetic Kitchen Hand / Dishwasher to join our team at a very busy hotpot restaurant.

Our restaurant operates in a fast-paced environment, especially during lunch, dinner and weekends. We need someone who can work efficiently under pressure, maintain cleanliness and support our kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils and kitchen equipment.
• Keep the dishwashing area clean, organised and tidy.
• Assist with general kitchen cleaning and daily closing duties.
• Remove rubbish and maintain hygiene standards.
• Support kitchen staff with basic preparation tasks when required.
• Work quickly and efficiently during busy service periods.

Requirements

• Hardworking, reliable and punctual.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
• Able to stand for long periods and handle repetitive tasks.
• Good teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
• Available to work evenings and weekends.
• Previous kitchen hand or dishwasher experience is preferred but not essential.
