The Jimmy in Myers Park, Charlotte is looking for dependable Dishwashers to join our team.

The Jimmy is an Italian-inspired neighborhood restaurant where traditional Italian cooking meets French culinary techniques and seasonal ingredients. Our kitchen focuses on handmade pastas, pizzas prepared in our Italian stone oven, fresh seafood, and thoughtfully prepared dishes made from scratch.

What You'll Do

• Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient dishwashing area throughout service
• Keep clean dishes and equipment available to support daily kitchen operations
• Remove trash, replace liners, and maintain designated waste areas
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors and maintain cleanliness throughout assigned work areas
• Follow proper cleaning, sanitation, and chemical handling procedures
• Assist with opening, closing, and general kitchen cleaning responsibilities
• Work collaboratively with cooks, chefs, and fellow team members to maintain an organized workflow
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by the chefs or management team

What You'll Bring

• Previous restaurant or dishwashing experience preferred but not required
• Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail
• Dependability, punctuality, and a willingness to contribute to the team
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Willingness to follow established procedures and maintain consistent standards
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical responsibilities of the position
• Open availability, including weekends and holidays, is required
