• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment efficiently and thoroughly.
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and surrounding areas to uphold health and safety standards.
• Sort and organize clean items for proper storage or immediate use by kitchen staff.
• Assist with waste disposal and recycling procedures to ensure a tidy workspace.
• Follow all safety protocols related to chemical handling and equipment operation.
• Support the cleaning of kitchen floors, counters, and other surfaces as needed to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely dishwashing during busy service hours.

Requirements

• Prior experience in cleaning, commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
• Knowledge of basic safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals and equipment use.
• Reliable work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
