Responsibilities

• Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using proper cleaning procedures
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all equipment is functioning correctly
• Assist with food preparation tasks such as organizing kitchen supplies when needed
• Support banquet and catering events by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for service
• Follow food handling safety standards and sanitation protocols to uphold health regulations
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely dish turnaround during busy service hours
• Help with general cleaning duties around the kitchen area to sustain a safe and hygienic environment

Experience

• Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Experience in banquet settings or catering environments is a plus
• Familiarity with food handling procedures and sanitation standards is advantageous
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
• Prior kitchen or hospitality experience can enhance your ability to support diverse culinary operations
