Responsibilities:

• Efficiently clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
• Operate and maintain dishwashing machines, ensuring they're in top working condition
• Keep the dishwashing area clean, organized, and well-stocked with cleaning supplies
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness throughout the kitchen and storage areas
• Properly store clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Support kitchen staff by delivering clean items as needed
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a hygienic environment
• Assist with basic food prep tasks when required
• Report any broken or damaged kitchen equipment to the supervisor
• Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by collaborating with kitchen and wait staff

Requirements:

• Strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Basic understanding of kitchen safety and sanitation practices
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience is a plus, but not required ? we're happy to train the right candidate!
