• Efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen tools to uphold health and safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and surrounding areas to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic ingredient handling and setup.
• Support the kitchen team by bussing tables and clearing used dishware during busy service periods.
• Help with general cleaning duties throughout the kitchen and dining areas to promote hygiene excellence.
• Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure food safety compliance.
• Collaborate with catering and banquet teams during special events to manage dishware logistics efficiently.

Experience

• Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
• Experience with food handling, cleaning procedures, or banquet settings is a plus.
• Familiarity with kitchen operations or hospitality environments will help you excel in this role.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours while maintaining attention to detail.
