Responsibilities

• Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment to meet health and safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all areas are organized and stocked with necessary supplies
• Assist with food preparation tasks such as bussing tables or handling basic food items when needed
• Support banquet and catering events by providing timely dishwashing and cleanup services
• Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure hygiene compliance
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to streamline workflow during busy service periods
• Help with general cleaning duties across the kitchen and dining areas to uphold a pristine environment

Requirements

• Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory; eagerness to learn is essential
• Familiarity with basic cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and enthusiasm
• Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting colleagues during peak hours
• Experience in bussing or assisting with food preparation, catering, or banquet setups is a plus
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment operation or hotel experience can be advantageous but not required
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism at all times
