Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and diligent Dishwasher to join our dynamic hospitality team! Responsibilities

• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to thoroughly clean dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen tools according to food safety sanitizing procedures
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as bussing tables and organizing supplies to support kitchen operations
• Follow strict food safety management protocols to maintain hygiene standards across all areas of the kitchen
• Handle manual tasks including heavy lifting of pots, pans, and bulk supplies safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations, kitchen floors, and surrounding areas through regular cleaning and sanitizing
• Support catering or banquet events by ensuring all serving ware is properly cleaned and ready for service
• Adhere to food handling regulations and promote a safe environment for all team members

Experience

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
• Familiarity with food safety sanitizing procedures, dishwashing techniques, and basic kitchen operations is advantageous
• Experience in food service or catering environments can enhance your ability to support diverse dining settings
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and prolonged standing throughout shifts
• Knowledge of knife skills, cleaning protocols, and food handling best practices is a plus but not mandatory
