• Maintain a tidy work area by regularly cleaning dishwashing stations, floors, and storage areas.
• Support catering and banquet events by ensuring all serving ware is spotless and ready for service.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service times.
• Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations.
• Assist with bussing tables and clearing food service areas to promote cleanliness throughout the establishment.

Skills

• Strong understanding of food handling safety and sanitation standards.
• Experience with food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in fast-paced settings such as hotels, restaurants, or catering events.
• Knowledge of basic kitchen operations including bussing, cleaning, and food preparation.
• Previous banquet or catering experience is a plus.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward hospitality service.
