Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly.
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure proper disposal of waste.
• Assist with food preparation tasks such as bussing tables or organizing supplies when needed.
• Support the kitchen team during busy service times by ensuring all items are available and ready for use.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to uphold sanitation standards across the kitchen area.
• Help with light cleaning duties around the kitchen and dining areas to promote a tidy environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow during meal service and catering events.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic understanding of food handling safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail when cleaning and organizing supplies.
• Willingness to learn new skills related to kitchen operations and food safety standards.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
