Duties

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen tools using appropriate cleaning methods.
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including organizing supplies and cleaning work areas.
• Support kitchen staff by managing the timely cleaning of items used during food service.
• Follow health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation standards.
• Restock supplies such as clean dishes, utensils, and cleaning materials to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Assist in maintaining overall cleanliness of the kitchen environment, including floors, counters, and storage areas.

Experience

• Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Familiarity with cleaning procedures, food handling protocols, and kitchen safety standards is a plus.
• Knowledge of basic food preparation or cooking is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Candidates should demonstrate strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
