The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced kitchen. As a Porter / Dishwasher, you'll play an essential role in keeping our kitchen clean, safe, and running smoothly throughout service.

What We Need From You:

• Dishwashing: Clean, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Kitchen Cleanliness: Sweep, mop, and maintain clean, organized kitchen floors, work areas, and storage spaces.
• Waste Management: Empty trash and recycling, maintain waste disposal areas, and follow proper disposal procedures.
• Organization: Keep dishwashing stations, cleaning supplies, and kitchen storage areas clean and organized.
• Deliveries: Assist with receiving, organizing, and properly storing deliveries as needed.
• Sanitation: Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Team Spirit: Communicate clearly, support your coworkers, and help keep kitchen operations running smoothly.

What We Expect:

• Experience: Previous restaurant dishwashing or porter experience preferred, but not required.
• Reliability: Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to work.
• Flexibility: Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Endurance: Ability to stand for extended periods (8+ hours), perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Efficiency: Work quickly and carefully while maintaining high cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Professionalism: Be dependable, respectful, detail-oriented, and willing to help wherever needed.
