Quince Lakehouse is a high-energy, lakeside restaurant on Lake Austin known for great food, warm hospitality, and a fun atmosphere.

Our menu is what we call Global Collective, which means it is inspired by food and flavors from around the world. Instead of cooking the same style of food every day, our cooks get experience with a diverse international menu, including seafood, sushi, Latin inspired dishes, American favorites, brunch dishes, and more.

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Dishwasher who takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen. If you like variety, want to keep learning, and enjoy being part of a strong kitchen team, Quince is a great place to work.

Compensation

Full-Time Position

$18/hour

What You’ll Do

· Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.

· Follow proper washing and sanitizing procedures.

· Ensure clean dishes and equipment are returned promptly to their designated areas.

· Assist the kitchen team with maintaining cleanliness and organization in shared work areas.

· Remove trash, recycle and maintain proper waste disposal procedures.

· Assist with kitchen cleaning and other responsibilities as needed.

What We’re Looking For

· Previous dishwashing or restaurant experience preferred, not required.

· Dependable, hardworking, and ready to work.

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.

· Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail.

· Positive attitude and team mentality.

· Willingness to learn and follow instructions.

· Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

· Available to work the 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shift.

· Able to stand for extended periods and lift kitchen supplies as needed.
