Dishwasher

Job Overview

As a Dishwasher, you’ll keep the kitchen moving by cleaning dishes, cookware, and equipment and supporting the team during busy service. You’ll help maintain a safe, organized workspace while pitching in with food preparation, bussing, and other kitchen tasks as needed. This role is a great fit for someone who takes pride in reliable, hands-on work and enjoys contributing to a smooth dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment using established food safety sanitizing procedures
• Clean and organize dishwashing, kitchen, and dining areas; follow sanitation and kitchen health and safety standards
• Support food preparation and bussing, including clearing and sorting dishes and restocking supplies
• Handle food safely and use kitchen equipment according to instructions
• Lift and move supplies and dish racks using safe manual handling practices; assist with heavier items as needed

Experience

• Food service, restaurant, kitchen, dishwashing, banquet, or culinary experience is helpful but not required
• Familiarity with food safety, food safety management, and sanitation practices is preferred
• Food handling, basic food preparation, and knife skills are useful
• Able to stay active, handle repetitive tasks, and lift and carry kitchen items safely
• Willing to learn equipment procedures and follow clear cleaning and safety instructions

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
