Job Summary

Cesarina is hiring a Dishwasher to support back-of-house service and help deliver an exceptional dining experience. This position is ideal for someone with previous dishwasher or experience in a high-volume restaurant who thrives in a hospitality-focused environment and enjoys creating a clean, organized, and polished guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas
• Load and unload the dishwashing machine
• Store clean dishes, glasses, and equipment appropriately
• Set up and close workstations before meal prep begins and service ends
• Ensure there are always enough clean dishes, glasses, and utensils, especially during peak hours
• Check washing machines’ operation and promptly report any technical/performance issues
• Remove garbage regularly
• Maintain a precise ethic of execution and organization
• Maintain health and safety regulations at all kitchen and dining areas
• Follow directions and be able to handle feedback
• Possess the ability to work well with a team and under pressure
• Sanitize the kitchen area, including the floor

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a dishwasher or server assistant in a high-volume restaurant
• Strong understanding of teamwork, hospitality, and restaurant service support
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety practices
• Physical ability and stamina to carry heavy trays and stand for long periods
• Ability to multitask and remain calm, professional, and efficient in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Previous experience as a server assistant, busser, or food runner
• Experience in upscale, fine dining, or high-volume restaurant environments

Availability Requirements

Candidates must have the flexibility to work AM and PM shifts, including weekends, evenings, holidays, and other high-volume business days.
