We're looking for someone who is willing to work part time.
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. This position is essential for supporting our culinary staff and contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Duties

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including floors, countertops, and food preparation areas.
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including chopping vegetables and assembling ingredients.
• Support banquet service by ensuring all necessary items are clean and ready for events.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow during peak hours.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist in bussing tables and clearing away used dishes in the dining area when necessary.

Skills

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices is essential.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
• Experience in food preparation or cooking is a plus.
