Full time: $15.00 per hour + tip pool participation

Part-time: $14.00 per hour + tip pool participation

Wolfie's Drive Thru is looking for experienced dishwashers who are ready to help bring our concept to life! Wolfie's is a Chicago-style fast casual concept serving Vienna Beef hot dogs, Italian beef, burgers, and hand-spun shakes — built by a team with deep Chicago roots and decades of restaurant experience.

Dishwasher – Duties & Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment by hand or with a commercial dishwasher
• Keep the dish pit area clean, organized, and stocked
• Sort, stack, and put away clean dishes and equipment in their proper places
• Empty trash and recycling and keep bins clean
• Sweep, mop, and clean kitchen floors, mats, and drains throughout the shift
• Help with basic kitchen prep tasks, such as cleaning produce or portioning, when needed
• Receive and put away deliveries as directed
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines
• Report broken equipment, spills, or safety hazards to a supervisor right away
• Support the kitchen team and help with closing duties, including deep cleaning and breaking down stations
• Maintain a positive, team-first attitude in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Open availability
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior food service or restaurant experience is a plus!
• Excellent ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy, fast-growth environment.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
