Dishwasher – Evening Closing Shift

Pour 54 Taphouse is hiring a dependable dishwasher to join our kitchen team. This position works five nights per week, Tuesday through Saturday, and stays through the completion of closing duties.

Schedule

• Tuesday–Thursday: Closing shift typically finishes around 11:00 p.m.
• Friday–Saturday: Closing shift typically finishes around 12:00 a.m.
• Applicants must be available for all five evening shifts.

Pay

$10.00 per hour plus tip-out (with tip out $16-$20 per hour)

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pans, and kitchen equipment
• Keep the dish area clean, organized, and stocked
• Return clean items to their proper storage areas
• Empty trash and complete assigned cleaning duties
• Assist in pre-bussing/bussing tables as needed
• Sweep, mop, and help maintain a clean kitchen
• Assist the kitchen team with basic closing tasks as needed
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
• Complete closing responsibilities thoroughly before leaving

• Able to stand for the duration of the shift and lift up to 50 pounds
• Previous restaurant experience is helpful but not required

Pour 54 Taphouse is a locally owned, fast-paced restaurant and self-pour taphouse in downtown Rapid City. We are looking for someone who takes pride in keeping the kitchen clean, supports their teammates, and can be relied on to finish the night strong.
