Responsibilities

• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to thoroughly clean dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen tools following food safety sanitizing procedures.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping, peeling, or organizing ingredients under supervision.
• Support the bussing team by clearing tables promptly and ensuring dining areas are clean and welcoming.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards by regularly cleaning workstations, floors, and storage areas in accordance with kitchen health and safety standards.
• Handle manual tasks including heavy lifting of supplies, moving kitchen equipment, and organizing inventory safely.
• Follow all food safety management protocols to prevent contamination and ensure proper food handling practices are upheld.
• Operate various kitchen equipment safely while adhering to safety guidelines to support overall
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and basic culinary skills.
• Strong understanding of cleaning procedures, sanitation standards, and food safety practices.
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks including lifting heavy items safely.

Pay: From $16.90 per hour
