Duties

• Efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment following proper food handling standards
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and surrounding areas to ensure a safe and organized workspace
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen operations
• Handle kitchenware with care to prevent damage and ensure longevity of equipment
• Follow health and safety regulations diligently to uphold hygiene standards in the kitchen environment
• Support the culinary team by providing clean dishes promptly during busy service times
• Contribute to overall restaurant or hotel cleanliness by participating in routine cleaning duties beyond dishwashing when required

Qualifications

• Prior experience in restaurant, hotel, or food service environments is highly desirable
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, food handling safety, and sanitation standards
• Experience with kitchen equipment and basic food preparation is a plus

Pay: $18.25-$19.33 per hour
