Duties

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly to uphold health and safety standards
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, assembling ingredients, and portioning supplies under supervision
• Maintain cleanliness in the dishwashing area and kitchen stations by regularly sanitizing surfaces and organizing supplies
• Support the kitchen team by restocking supplies and ensuring all items are readily available for service
• Follow proper waste disposal procedures and ensure recycling protocols are adhered to consistently
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and notify management when replenishments are needed
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and sanitation regulations to create a safe working environment for everyone

Experience

• Previous experience in a fast-paced food service or hospitality environment is a plus but not required; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work efficiently under pressure
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and organization
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude that fosters teamwork
• Basic knowledge of food safety standards is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
