Solette Seattle is a rooftop oasis atop Level South Lake Union, continuing the Solette story with a focus on creative cocktails, live music, and innovative cuisine for a community of tastemakers. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all dishware, cookware, and kitchen equipment
• Support kitchen service through timely and efficient dishwashing
• Keep dish and prep areas clean, safe, and well organized
• Follow sanitation, safety, and cleaning standards at all times
